As our client base continues to expand, this week we warmly welcomed two new members to the Black Box team.
Welcome to Nancy and Chloe who are joining Black Box as Document Management Trainees. Two of our supportive Bureau Managers, Tina and Jo, have thoroughly enjoyed training our new staff, ensuring they are fully equipped with the relevant skills and knowledge to support our valued clients.
Our essential on-the-job induction included informing our new members of our document handling procedures and training them on the use of our highly technical scanning equipment and company software.
The expansion of the Black Box team will enable us to maintain and exceed our excellent level of customer service, and we look forward to Nancy and Chloe continuing to settle in.
